Recipe to balance the first chakra (Muladhara)

The root chakra is located at the end of your spine and pampering it is one of the most important tasks that you should impose on yourself in 2021. In her book Kimberly Parsons she offers us a recipe that can help us restore the energy of this first chakra in the morning with a coconut, raspberry and hibiscus smoothie. To do this you need 2 bags of hibiscus tea, 400 ml of whole coconut milk, 125 g of raspberries (they can be frozen), a ripe banana and a teaspoon of lucuma powder. To make the smoothie, you just have to infuse the hibiscus, wait for it to cool and then blend all the ingredients together in the blender.

Recipe to balance the sacral chakra (Swadhisthana)

Recipe to balance the heart chakra (Anahata)
