  • Clavicular respiration is given by lifting the clavicles, in which all the air is passively introduced.

Good breathing allows you to concentrate and relax the body to prepare it for the postures. If you are a beginner in yoga practice, yogic breathing will be involved, and you will feel strange because your lungs are not used to receiving high loads of oxygen.

It is common for you to feel dizzy or weak when you start yogic breathing because your body generates air resistance. However, with practice, you will improve, and you will notice the changes when performing the postures.

Balance and balance
